The other photos show the motor just out of the bus, the bus in the yard where I pushed it to clean out the motor compartment. (it was downhill that way, it was much harder to get it back in the garage!)

On the subject of getting the bus in the garage. Earlier attemps to get the bus in the garage was slowed by the fact that it sorta did not fit. The back of the bus was the same heigth as the garage door. It will fit if you force it, and maybe hold the garage door up a bit. Guess what happens when you remove about 300 pounds of motor from the rear of it. Crunch!
